How is knowledge gained?
Knowledge is gained through 5 senses.
Knowledge gained through our senses is limited. Each sense is limited only to its field of perception.
We played a game- watched a few slides and how we are able to perceive things and what the image looks like to us. Every child had his/her own valid point to say.
Story time- How the mind perceives things differently, we discussed two stories, the six blind men and an elephant and the man with a goat.

Today was a short class due to the House inaugural event. We proceeded to the mantapa where we performed an activity - seva cutlery packing. All the four houses participated, singing their respective house bhajan and waving their respective colored flags. We finally concluded with our grade doing the pledge.
Class starts at 9:15am sharp with the opening prayers. We will not let children in when the prayer is going on. Please, kindly send them before 9:13/14 for a minute to settle down before the prayers.
Children should bring their own copy of "My prayers" book, Balavihar handbook,Notebook, pencils and erasers. Rajaji's Ramayana book is the reference textbook.
