Hari om everyone,
Here's a quick synopsis of the short class we had on Sunday. We were in class very briefly as we were celebrating Saraswati pooja at our temple as part of Navaraatri celebrations.
We started class with a quick meditation and chanting Ch. 4 verses 21 through 25.
We then went to the temple area where our class was to set up plates and seating for all the Bala Vihar children. A group of students made a production line for making the pooja thaalis for everyone. Another group of students laid the sheets for everyone to sit on. A third group of students were in charge of placing the plates on the sheets, ready for everyone to use.
Our students were so quick and efficient. They set up the pooja for almost 250 people in about half an hour's time!
Later, students and teachers from all grades of Bala Vihar joined us. Our Swamiji graced the occasion and the priest led us through the pooja. It was a beautiful sight! Below are a few clicks from the event.
